)

Instantiate a new instance of DuplicateSagaEventException<TAggregateRoot,TAuthenticationToken> with the provided identifier of the ISaga<TAuthenticationToken> that had duplicate events. and the version that had more than one IEvent<TAuthenticationToken> provided.
